Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 Calendar days (including Saturday and Sunday) from the date of delivery to request a return.
 
Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@goldjar28.com. If your return is a qualified and accepted return, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at shop@goldjar28.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like undergarments, swimwear, bodysuits, costumes, accessories, masks, beauty products and cosmetics and the likes. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

*Sale items, final sale items or gift cards are non refundable and not eligible for returns.* Sale items will end in $0.28 for example:

Exchanges
Since we do not offer exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please see store credit section.

Refunds: No cash/credit card refunds

Store credit:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. As long as you have returned the original product in its original format, unwashed, unworn and with tags attached, we will issue you store credit for the individual item amount you have paid minus the amount you paid to ship the item to you. Please see the shipping section. *Shipping is Non-Refundable.*
